Line was unable to achieve its designed throughput.
Linecraft-identified top bottleneck's cycle histogram revealed that almost 30% of the cycles are exceeding the designed takt time. Linecraft also showed the reasons causing these cycle to exceed.
By eliminating the top bottleneck flagged by Linecraft, the customer was able to see a sharp increase in the JPH (jobs per hour).
